  • What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline?

It will take 7-15 working days for delivery depends on your location.
Note: Due to the COVID-19's outbreak and less flight available, we have no ability to control the delivery time of each order, some orders may take longer than expected. 
Shipping fee will occur when you place your order and you could choose either STANDARD or EXPRESS to deliver the parcel.
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
  • Will I be charged duties and taxes?

The goods you ordered here is delivered from China. There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.
Please note that Wigaholic does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. 
  • Can I change or cancel my order once placed

Please kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
If your order has not been shipped, please contact us with your order number. Please note for customized wig, once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order.
  • Can I refuse my shipment?

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to wigaholic. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country.

  • Can my parcel be redirected

Please feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, Wigaholic is unable to change the address on our end.

If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

  • Do I need to sign for my parcel?

For security purposes, all Wigaholic deliveries require a signature.
