- What's the difference between synthetic wig and human hair?
When choosing a wig, there’s more to consider than simply style. In addition to lifestyle, purpose, and price, choosing between human and synthetic hair can be a challenge. Actually, there are advantages to both.
Synthetic wigs are trending, affordable, easy to wear and maintain. and our brand's synthetic ones even can't tell it's not human hair by eyes. While
the texture of human hair wigs is more natural to the touch, which with proper care, can last over a year.
- How long do hair extensions & wigs last?
This will vary from person to person and how well the wigs are cared for. Our Premium Synthetic Hair are better suited for occasional or weekend wear, with a typical lifespan of 3-8 months. With our 100% Human Hair, you can expect a greater longevity, appropriate storage and aftercare will extend the lifespan over 1-2 years.
Synthetic hair cannot be dyed as this could damage the hair and is unlikely to take to the fibre. For the human hair, yes, you can apply hair dyes/toners to adjust the shade.But, it is a tricky process that should be handled by a hair professional only. We recommend only going darker, not lighter.
We do not recommend bleaching or attempting to strip or lighten color on any human hair pieces.
- Can I put heat on my wig?
Yes! No matter is synthetic or human hair, heat can be applied using Straighteners up to 180 degrees. We don’t recommend using any heat styling tool which exceed this temperature, as it will damage the delicate fibres. To curl the hair, Ceramic Heated Rollers can be applied to small sections of the hair extensions.
- How often should I wash my wig?
Keep in mind, frequent washings will shorten the lifespan of both synthetic and human hair wigs. While synthetic wigs can be simply washed, dried, and shaken to restore style, human hair wigs require more maintenance. In addition to washing, they also require deep-conditioning and restyling before wear.

- Can I amend or cancel my order?
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your order in time. If your order has not been shipped, please contact us with your order number and the details on the change.

- Can I return or exchange my wig?
Due to the cosmetic nature of the products we sell, we abide by a strict hygiene policy which all customers must abide to in the event that they wish to return their order.
Exchange is not available due to the consideration of fast speed on re-ordering the new one and refunding the old one.
