What's your return and exchange policy?
We are happy to refund your purchase within 7 days of receipt if anything for example the colour, the length you may found is not suitable, providing the product is returned in the original condition.
All returns must be:
- Unworn.
- Have no signs of wear or damage.
- Have no signs of styling.
- No odor or smelling.
- In all original packaging (tag, box and bag included)
The wig accessories (such as hair spray, hair grip, lashes etc) are not eligible for return.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Orders may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.Please note shipping costs are not refundable. And you will undertake the shipping cost of return.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from receiving your return parcel. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.

Can I exchange my item?
Currently, we do not accept exchanges.You could obtain a replacement item quicker by placing a new order and meanwhile returning the original one for a refund.
